Guachapp !
Guachapp !® is the first application for mobile devices that allows you to find guachinches and typical Canarian food establishments, know how to get there, rate them or write comments. Designed and developed in the Canary Islands, it was born with the idea of solving the big problem that sometimes involves finding establishments where you can enjoy typical Canarian food in a traditional atmosphere and accompanied by good local wine.
Guachinches
Guachinches are establishments that have their origin in the stalls that many farmers and ranchers set up at certain times of the year to sell their products (especially Malvasia wine).
In the past, the guachinches corresponded to a room in the family house, where the winemaker's wife offered some tapas taken from the family kitchen to accompany the wine, an activity that has become more professional over time.
Above comfort, the guachinche customer will find familiar and traditional cuisine: homemade stews such as chickpeas with ribs, rabbit in salmorejo, ribs with potatoes, salty ribs with potatoes and millet pineapples, stuffed bubangos (zucchini), potatoes with mojo, carne de fiesta (marinated pork in cubes), baifo (kid), fish churros (battered fish), ropavieja, escaldón, etc.

- Added visited/not visited option: using this option the user can mark the guachinches that they have visited to keep track.

- Improved the search option that appears in the top bar: we can write only the name of the guachinche, for example, los barreles, hilda,... in both upper and lower case.
